Hiring: AI Automation & Systems Builder
Are you excited about turning AI tools into real business systems? We’re looking for someone to help us set up automations, integrate agents and expand the foundation for our own in-house content generation infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain workflows in Make.com and other automation platforms.
- Experiment with and deploy AI agents to support marketing and operations.
- Help establish internal infrastructure for content generation systems (e.g., ComfyUI, open-source tools, LLM pipelines).
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to design workflows that combine automation with human oversight.
- Document processes and create repeatable systems that scale.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tooling (LLMs, image/video generation, ComfyUI, LangChain, open-source frameworks).
- Strong problem-solving skills: able to debug, connect APIs, and get systems working reliably.
- A builder’s mindset. You like to prototype, test and improve quickly.
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team where priorities shift fast.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building internal tools or pipelines for content creation.
- Familiarity with version control, GitHub, or light scripting (Python, JS).
- Interest in AI for marketing and creative applications.
