Hiring: Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for someone who understands both the technical mechanics of tracking and the business value of data. You’ll help us capture, structure and interpret data so our team can make smarter decisions and deliver better results for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager setups, including custom JavaScript tags and cookie-based tracking.
  • Debug and troubleshoot tracking issues across websites and platforms.
  • Work with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and other web tracking systems to collect and organize reliable data.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Build reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, BigQuery, spreadsheets) to communicate findings.
  • Support the development of clean, scalable tracking infrastructure for client and internal projects.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript basics, cookies, and how tracking systems operate under the hood.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work with pivot tables, CSVs and raw data to find patterns.
  • Comfortable with Looker Studio and BigQuery for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SQL (MySQL preferred) for querying and managing data.
  • Bonus: Python or other scripting skills for building data pipelines and automation.
