As a Performance Marketing Assistant, you’ll help promote our clients’ products and services through integrated campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and any other platform that will help us get great results.
You’ll also use commercial AI tools like OpenAI and our proprietary algorithms to draft content and create campaign assets.
The successful candidate will also have a common sense approach to data, with the ability to analyze and interpret the results of their work.
Key Skills:
- Comfortable managing and scaling ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google and Youtube
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with AI tools for content and asset generation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other social media platforms to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Utilize AI tools to generate high-quality, content that aligns with client objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with both clients and the team to ensure alignment and achieve our marketing goals.
